Customised Personalised Gifts understands that customers may want to cancel their orders due to inadvertent errors while placing orders or sudden changes in plans. As most of the orders on https://primeshoppy.in/ are of personalised nature and are processed immediately on receipt, the customer understands that an order may be cancelled only if the valid payment has been received and the processing of the order has not reached a stage where https://primeshoppy.in/ has already committed the order for personalisation. Such cancellation will be processed promptly and the amount received will be refunded in 2 working days with relevant deductions (if any). The customer agrees to respect the decision of https://primeshoppy.in/ in this regard.

Order once placed cannot be cancelled as all orders are prepared immediately, you can write to our customer support team at [email protected] if we can offer something. Once an order has been printed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. We are not responsible for the products that are accidentally ordered/now unwanted, or for spelling errors made by the customer.

Defective and Damaged Products

If you received a product that is faulty, not working, or damaged. To replace it, a parcel opening video is mandatory. Once, you will share the parcel opening video, we will review the case and take further action accordingly. It should be reported to us immediately on the same day after you’ve received the product, the product will not be eligible for a replacement if Customised Personalised Gifts is notified after a long period except in a genuine case.
